About you
To thrive in this role, you should not only embrace change but actively seek to drive it forward. Adaptable and change-driven, you excel in dynamic environments and encourage innovation within your role. Your strong interest in learning the ins and outs of a B2C business that delivers first-class home services each month to thousands of customers will be essential. With a passion for customer service and data-driven decision-making, you’ll be motivated to make a real impact.
You should have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and work effectively in a team setting. Previous experience in the service industry is preferred but not required. We envision that you hold or are working towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, business, economics, or a related field, with a graduation date in summer 2025 or recent completion.
Requirements:
- Adaptable, change-driven, and proactive in dynamic settings
- Self-motivating with a can-do attitude
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Understanding of technical and digital processes
- Structured problem-solving approach
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a relevant degree in engineering, economics, business, or similar
- Great academic track record
- Fluent English and Swedish
